  • Sweetwater Creek Visitor's Center and Museum

    Awarded: LEED™ Platinum

    Project for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources at Sweetwater Creek State Conservation Park. The new 10,000SF building was awarded LEED™ Platinum. Sustainable design included daylight harvesting, green roof, rainwater collection, composting and many other energy saving means. Design included power, lighting, fire alarm, grounding and rough-in for voice/data systems.
  • Summit Family YMCA

    BCE Natatorium LEED GoldLocation: Newnan, GA
    Type: YMCA Multi-Use Facility
    Awarded: LEED™ Gold

    New 62,250 SF, 2 story multi-use facility was awarded LEED™ Gold. The project includes a 7,775 SF Gym with suspended track above, 8,800 SF natatorium, separate therapy pool, aerobics/fitness, office, community meeting room & teen center areas.

    Design used programmed demolition of a portion of the existing medical rehabilitation clinic to minimize disruption to daily operations, as well as, power, lighting, fire alarm, grounding, PA, emergency notification systems, security system, FitLinx® interactive fitness network and Poseidon drowning detection system.
  • Oxford College at Emory University - Residence Hall Complex

    Type: Higher Education - Residence Hall Complex
    Awarded: LEED™ Gold

    New 114,381 SF, 2 building, 3 story residence hall with 350 beds – utilizes a 2-4 bed double room complex and common baths. The project was awarded LEED™ Gold.

    Two utility services were provided: one 480V for the chiller and associated equipment and one 208V for the residence buildings. A single diesel generator was provided for emergency lighting and elevators.
  • Emory University - Goizueta Business School Expansion

    Type: Higher Education - Business School
    Awarded: LEED™ Gold

    New 91,000 SF, 5 story classroom and office building for Emory University. The project was awarded LEED™ Gold.

    The design included daylight harvesting in offices using occupancy sensors and photo control sensors. Design included power, lighting, fire alarm, lightning protection and grounding.
  • Abercorn Common Retail Center

    Type: Commercial - Retail
    Awarded: LEED™ Silver

    Located at one of Savannah’s busiest intersections, this project is a retail LEED™ pioneer. It is the first shopping center in the United States to achieve the Core and Shell program Silver rating. Comprised of over 2,000,000 SF of high profile new and existing mercantile buildings, this thirty million dollar redevelopment uses state-of-art energy-efficient lighting and controls, to optimize energy savings. This project was awarded LEED™ Silver.
  • The Paideia School - Junior High School

    Awarded: LEED™ Gold

    New 27,000 SF building. Classrooms were designed with day-lighting and views to boost the productivity of the students. Lighting fixtures are energy efficient, which helps save operation costs. This project was awarded LEED™ Gold.
