Project was a new 100,000SF, 3 story building that included provisions for seven 2000kW generators, two installed initially, four electric utility services, auto paralleling, future vertical building growth and many specialized requirements from the owner. The switchgear and generator controls allow closed-transition transfer between generator and utility to be performed to avoid unnecessary switching interruptions.
The electrical system was designed to minimize the initial installation cost by allowing a convenient method of future additions, to handle anticipated growth, while minimizing impact to operational systems.

New 110,000 SF multi-story telecommunications facility. Standby power generation consisting of (2) 1500 KW generators, 600 KVA UPS, fire detection, alarm, security, interior and exterior lighting with occupancy sensor controls and extensive specialized grounding.
